1(a) To enter, each contestant must submit an original photo of themselves to be considered for use in the JockBoyLocker: Life's a Beach contest. Please submit all photos to Contest {at} JockBoyLocker {dot} com between 12:00am June 10, 2009 and 11:59pm August 5, 2009. Please include the subject line: JockBoyLocker: Life's a Beach Contest. No submissions will be allowed after this date. Submissions must include the following which will only be used by JockBoyLocker.com: Name, Address, a valid email address and the photo you are submitting. A contestant may enter as many times as they wish using different photos. Each photo a contestant submits is eligible to win only once. Please submit each photo in a separate email. The contestant’s photos will remain on the site for the entire length of the contest.

(b) All photos submitted must be of the contestant at the BEACH or at a POOL. The photo must be a minimum of 300 pixels tall x 250 pixels wide. A panel of judges will review all submissions received and decide on whether they qualify for entry into the JockBoyLocker: Life's a Beach contest. The entries will be chosen based on the following criteria: quality, if the picture was taken at the beach or a pool, and whether the picture meets the minimum size requirements.

(c) Winners will be chosen by random drawings on every Friday between June 19, 2009 and August 7, 2009. All qualified submissions will be posted on JockBoyLocker.com for the general public to view. The winners will receive either merchandise or a Jock Boy gift certificate with a minimum value of $15 and a maximum value of $100.

(d) Contest is open to those who are of the age of majority in the country of which they reside. Employees or persons living with employees (and their immediate family) of JockBoyLocker.com (collectively, the "Contest Sponsors") and each of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies for this contest are not eligible.

(e) Contestants may enter as often as they wish. Pictures will remain on the website for the entire length of the contest. A selected entrant may be required to provide proof that he is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this contest will be the contest server machine(s).

(f) In order to win, entrants must comply with all contest rules. The contestant must not use copyrighted materials including but not limited to someone else’s pictures. It is at the discretion of JockBoyLocker.com to ask for proof that a contestant is really the person in the picture they submit.

2. No purchase, expenditure or investment is necessary to enter this contest.

3. Participants will be eligible to win prizes of merchandise or Jock Boy gift certificates. The minimum prize is $15 and the maximum prize is $100. These prize amounts are chosen randomly each week.

4. All prizes must be accepted as awarded. Contest Sponsors reserve the right to substitute a prize of at least equal value in the event of the unavailability, for whatever reason, of the advertised prize.

5. Contestants may be required to return a signed release and acknowledgment form before being declared a winner.

6. By entering this contest, each contestant consents to the use of his/her entry and/or name, in any publicity carried out by Contest Sponsors and/or its advertising agencies, without further compensation. Winners consent to their photograph being taken by Contest Sponsors for such use, without further compensation. All entries become the property of JockBoyLocker.com.

7. The contest is subject to all applicable state, provincial and municipal laws and regulations.

8. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants. To receive a copy of the contest rules or a list of the winners, send a postage paid, self-addressed envelope on or before August 1, 2009 to Jock Boy of the Year Contest, JockBoyLocker.com 1450 Hartford Ave SW, Atlanta, GA 30310.

9. All entries which are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by Contest Sponsors. Contest Sponsors take no responsibility for lost, misdirected, late or destroyed entries, or for typographical or other production errors.

10. All entries become property of the Contest Sponsors who assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for failure of the Web site during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or traffic congestion on the internet or at any Web site, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. Any attempt to deliberately damage any Web site or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Contest Sponsors reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.

11. Contest Sponsors are collecting personal data about entrants for the sole purpose of administering this Contest. Contestant's data shall not be used for any other reason or provided to any third party.

12. This contest will be run in accordance with these rules, subject to amendment by Contest Sponsors. Contestants must comply with these rules, and will be deemed to have received and understood the rules if they participate in the contest.

13. The terms of this contest, as set out in these rules, are not subject to amendment or counter-offer, except as set out herein.
