Q:  How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

A:  Most of the orders are processed and shipped the same day we receive them, our inventory is checked and updated on a weekly basis.  However if for some reason an item you ordered is not in stock we will let you know in a timely manner to get your order to you quickly.  Click here for additional shipping and delivery information.

Q:  I don't have a credit card. How can I place an order?

A:  You may use a major credit card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express or Paypal to place an order with us.   You may also place an order through the mail by printing the shopping cart page and mailing it with a money order for the total shown on your order page.  To assure we have what you are ordering in stock please email us so we can pull your order thus insuring no items will be out of stock.  If you would like to use another method of payment please contact us as Sales [at] JockBoyLocker.com.

Q:  I am an international customer how long will my order take to get to me?

A:  All international orders are subject to additional delays due to your country's customs some orders may take up to 6 weeks in certain country's to clear customs.  Click here to see our shipping page for additional information.  In order for us at JockBoyLocker to get your package to you in a more timely fashion you may consider paying through Paypal, emailing us in advance of your order to verify your email address and selecting the proper shipping methods.  JockboyLocker reserves the right to additional screening methods on international orders so as to prevent fraudulent orders.

Q:  How do I know what my size is?

A:  Check out our sizing chart here.

Q:  My size is not available in the selection box. What do I do?

A:  If a size is not included in the selection box, it may be no longer available or out of stock. Please feel free to email us at Sales [at] JockBoyLocker.com and include the brand, style and size and we would be happy to try and get the item in stock for you if possible.

Q:  Is Express Shipping available?

A:  We can ship your order express if you need your order quickly please email us to get pricing Sales [at] JockBoyLocker.com.  We may not be able to accommodate Express shipping at certain times of the year so we can not guarantee this as an option.

Q:  Is there a store where I can buy your products?

A:  As of now JockBoyLocker.com does not have any physical store location.

Q:  I did not receive my complete order. What does that mean?

A:  No order should ever be received incomplete due to our inventory control systems.  If for some reason you do not receive a complete order email us at Sales [at] JockBoyLocker.com on the day the package is received any claims after the date of delivery will not be valid.

Q:  How can I return/exchange merchandise?

Q:  How can I get a printed catalog?
