Q: Is there a store where I can buy your products?
A: As of now JockBoyLocker.com does not have a physical store location. All shopping can be conveniently done online.
Q: My size is not showing in the selection box. What do I do?
A: If a size is not included in the selection box, it may no longer be in stock. Please feel free to contact us and include the brand, style and size and we would be happy to see if the item is available for re-stocking.
Q: I did not recieve my complete order. What does that mean?
A: No order should ever be received incomplete due to our inventory control systems. If something is out of stock you will get an email before anything is sent to ensure you have the chance to substitue the item or cancel it. If for some reason you do not receive your complete order you must email us on the day the package is received, any claims after the date of delivery will not be valid.
Q: Does JockBoyLocker have a printed catalog?
A: No, JockBoyLocker offers no printed catalog to help fufill our commitment to being a 'Green' company.
You may return most items sold by JockBoyLocker.com within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
• Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.
• Any product missing the serial number or UPC.
• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or
is missing parts.
• Underwear and swimwear that is not in new condition with
tags attached.
Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned with a receipt. We will issue a credit to the original credit card for the cost of the item and the sales tax, if applicable - shipping cost are non-refundable. Please allow two billing cycles for the credit to appear on the credit card's printed statement. We do ask that you pay the cost of the original shipping. For a full item credit: returns must include all original attached tags, boxes, authenticity certificates and in original brand new condition. Items returned without original tags, boxes, authenticity certificates or in original new condition will receive no refund an email will be sent to notify you if your return does not meet our return policy.
*HEswimwear Items - We cannot accept any returns on non-defective HEswimwear products as they are 'custom' made. Changes can be made to your items for an additional service charge simply email us at sales [at] jockboylocker.com for a alteration authorization. Defective items will be replaced for no charge.
